About the role

We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Bookings Adviser to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from enquiry through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and enquiries
  • Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and maintenance
  • Coordinating workshop schedules and managing diaries efficiently
  • Liaising with customers, technicians, and suppliers
  • Providing updates on vehicle progress and completion times
  • Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining booking systems
  • Delivering excellent customer service at all times

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a customer service or bookings/scheduling role (automotive experience is a bonus but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
  • Confident using computer systems and booking software
  • A proactive and positive attitude
  • Office-based roll / Milton Keynes
