Customer Service Assistant
About the role
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Bookings Adviser to join our growing team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, responsible for managing bookings, coordinating schedules, and ensuring a smooth and professional experience from enquiry through to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and enquiries
- Booking vehicles in for servicing, repairs, and maintenance
- Coordinating workshop schedules and managing diaries efficiently
- Liaising with customers, technicians, and suppliers
- Providing updates on vehicle progress and completion times
- Ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining booking systems
- Delivering excellent customer service at all times
Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or bookings/scheduling role (automotive experience is a bonus but not essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
- Confident using computer systems and booking software
- A proactive and positive attitude
- Office-based roll / Milton Keynes
