Workshop Technician
About the role
We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Workshop Technician to join our busy and expanding workshops in Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity for an experienced vehicle technician to become part of a friendly, supportive team, carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs, inspections and diagnostic work to a high standard across a range of vehicles. You’ll play an important role in keeping workshop operations running smoothly, working collaboratively with colleagues in a clean, safe and well-organised environment. Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across a range of vehicles
- Diagnosing faults and completing work efficiently and to a high standard
- Performing vehicle inspections and safety checks
- Working collaboratively with the team to keep workflow smooth and efficient
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Workshop / Vehicle Technician
- NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) preferred
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- MOT Tester licence (a strong advantage, but not essential)
