Workshop Technician

About the role

We’re on the lookout for a skilled and motivated Workshop Technician to join our busy and expanding workshops in Milton Keynes. This is a great opportunity for an experienced vehicle technician to become part of a friendly, supportive team, carrying out servicing, maintenance, repairs, inspections and diagnostic work to a high standard across a range of vehicles. You’ll play an important role in keeping workshop operations running smoothly, working collaboratively with colleagues in a clean, safe and well-organised environment. Key Responsibilities

• ▸ Carrying out servicing, maintenance, and repairs across a range of vehicles
• ▸ Diagnosing faults and completing work efficiently and to a high standard
• ▸ Performing vehicle inspections and safety checks
• ▸ Working collaboratively with the team to keep workflow smooth and efficient
• ▸ Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workshop

Requirements

• ▸ Proven experience as a Workshop / Vehicle Technician
• ▸ NVQ Level 2/3 (or equivalent) preferred
• ▸ Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
• ▸ A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
• ▸ Full UK driving licence (preferred)
• ▸ MOT Tester licence (a strong advantage, but not essential)
